Disability

Collaborative Individual and Community Supports (CICS) will serve at the Disability Access Point for the following counties currently covered by CSS: Allamakee, Butler, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Floyd, Grundy, Howard, Mitchell, Winneshiek, and Tama.

East Central Region (ECR) will service as the Disability Access Point for Black Hawk County.
